Wish essay
If I could have any wish, but only one wish, I would wish for a cure to all medical diseases. This wish would be able to cure cancer and multiple sclerosis as well as diabetes. I truly believe that this wish would be beneficial to all of mankind.
With a remedy able to cure all ailments nobody would ever lose a loved one, young or old, to a fatal disease. Although, a major drawback would be extreme overpopulation of the human race and with overpopulation comes more resources and more land being exhausted. This wonderful cure would also be very affordable to everyone with the price varying with different levels of income. For example an extremely poor family would only have to pay around ten dollars whereas a millionaire would have to pay about five thousand dollars. All of the proceeds would go to good causes such as children’s hospitals and schools for poor communities. The cure would be one hundred percent non-painful to administer by means of either a pill or a drink much like cough syrup. Children’s hospitals across the world would get a free yearly supply of this remedy, saving many young lives. With this cure no lives lost due to disease or illness would ever have to be suffered again.
I believe many people would be elated to hear of a cure of this magnitude. New jobs would be created building this cure as well as distributing it. But, this cure wouldn’t mean the end of doctors and nurses. There would still be a huge need of them for things such as broken bones, cuts and heart attacks. This cure would be very helpful in the many years to come.
